I’m Andrew, a qualified, trauma‑informed integrative counsellor offering individual and couples therapy in Milton Keynes and online across the UK.
I provide a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to feel more grounded and in control.
My approach is warm, collaborative and rooted in evidence‑based practice. Therapy with me is not clinical or detached, It’s human, steady and focused on what you need right now.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s experiences and helping them feel less alone with what they’re carrying.
Over the years, I saw how powerful it can be when someone feels genuinely heard, when they finally have space to breathe, reflect and make sense of things.
That’s what guides my work today: offering a safe, grounded relationship where you can explore what’s happening at your own pace.
People come to counselling for many reasons: feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and support you at a pace that feels safe.
I work integratively, drawing from:
This means I tailor therapy to you: your story, your pace, your goals.
There is no “one size fits all” approach.
Sessions with me are gentle, steady and collaborative. You can expect:
There is no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.
My work is grounded in:
Therapy should feel human, steady and supportive, not clinical or overwhelming.
I work with adults and couples experiencing:
Whether you’re navigating a difficult moment or exploring long‑standing patterns, we can work together to understand what’s going on and move toward meaningful change.
I take professional standards seriously: your safety, confidentiality and wellbeing are at the centre of our work.
I offer:
Online sessions are ideal if you prefer flexibility, privacy or the comfort of your own space.
Online sessions take place via secure video call. Many people find this option more comfortable and accessible, especially if travel, childcare, mobility or anxiety make in‑person sessions difficult.
The quality of the therapeutic relationship remains the same: warm, steady and supportive.
Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality. I’ll always be clear about boundaries, safeguarding and what you can expect from me as your counsellor. You remain in control of the pace and direction of our work.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people begin simply because something feels off, heavy or overwhelming. Together, we can explore what’s happening and help you move toward clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness.
If you’d like to explore whether we’re a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free 15‑minute consultation. There’s no pressure, just a chance to talk and see what feels right for you.
