Individual Counselling in Milton Keynes & Across the UK

What is individual counselling?

Individual counselling is a one‑to‑one therapeutic space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life. It’s a chance to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences with someone who listens without judgement and helps you understand things more clearly.


It’s not about being told what to do, it’s about having support as you find your own way forward.

What individual counselling can help with

In‑person or online, whatever works best for you

 You can choose to meet:


  • In person in Milton Keynes, in a quiet, private space
  • Online across the UK, from the comfort of your home


Both options offer the same level of support, warmth and confidentiality. Online counselling is ideal if you prefer flexibility or live in areas such as Bedford, Northampton, Buckinghamshire or further afield.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come for short‑term support, while others prefer longer‑term therapy to explore things more deeply. 


We review regularly so the work feels right for you.
